Individual Therapy
Are you navigating a major life change, grieving a loss, or feeling stuck in anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt? Maybe your mind won’t stop spinning with “what ifs” and “not enoughs.” You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
In our work together, we’ll focus on what’s working, tap into your strengths, and gently explore the parts of you that carry fear, pressure, or pain. Using a warm, client-centered approach informed by Polyvagal theory and parts work, I’ll help you reconnect with safety in your body, clarity in your mind, and compassion in your heart.
Whether you’re facing depression, rumination, imposter syndrome, or just feeling overwhelmed, healing is possible—and already beginning by reaching out. Together, we’ll create space for your story, your voice, and your hope for change.

Trauma and EMDR Therapy: Reclaim Your Life
If you’ve experienced trauma, you might feel stuck in survival mode—on edge, overwhelmed, or emotionally numb. You may wonder, Will I ever feel like myself again? The answer is yes
In our sessions, we’ll begin with building safety and stabilization so you feel grounded and supported. Through EMDR therapy, a powerful and research-backed approach, we’ll help your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold the same weight. You’ll gain tools to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and access your inner strength.
As healing unfolds, we’ll explore meaning, resilience, and the life you want to build. You’re more than what happened to you. Together, we’ll gently uncover the parts of you that are ready to grow, trust, and thrive again.
Healing is possible. Wholeness is within reach. Let’s begin the journey together.

Teen Support Therapy: Guiding Growth and Building Resilience
The teenage years are a time of incredible growth—full of creativity, curiosity, and the desire to discover who they are. Their brains are wired for learning and innovation, making it a powerful season of opportunity. But with that growth also comes confusion, emotional ups and downs, and pressure from all sides.
I offer teen support therapy to help adolescents build self-esteem, discover their strengths, manage life’s stressors, and learn to regulate emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we work on tools for confidence, clarity, and resilience.
I also partner with parents in the process—offering insights, tools, and support to rebuild trust, improve communication, and provide loving guidance through the teen years. With the right support, teens can thrive and families can reconnect.
Your teen doesn’t have to navigate it all alone. Let’s walk this important journey—together.

Grief Therapy
Grief can feel overwhelming—sadness, anger, despair, and even moments of feeling out of control. Yet in the midst of the pain, grief also reminds us of the love we carry, the memories that shaped us, and the hope of connection that endures.
Many people describe grief as living between disconnection and connection—longing to feel close again to the one they’ve lost. In this tender place, EMDR therapy can be a gentle tool. It doesn’t erase memories or take away love. Instead, it helps ease the weight of trauma, so you can remember with more peace and less pain.
For people of faith, grief is not the end of the story. Love, hope, and spiritual connection remain. EMDR can help you carry your loved one in a way that honors both your sorrow and your faith—building a bridge from brokenness back to love.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing and reconnection are possible

Therapy for Mental Health Professionals and Faith Leaders: A Space Just for You
As a therapist, pastor, ministry leader, or caregiver—you hold space for others every day. But who holds space for you? Maybe you feel guilty for needing help, or wonder if you’re allowed to rest, feel doubt, or be vulnerable.
I offer individual therapy—at a discounted rate—to support fellow mental health and faith leaders like you. With personal experience in both fields, I understand the quiet weight of always giving, the joy of serving, and the hidden exhaustion that can follow.
This is your place to be fully human. To pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to carry it all alone. Let’s tend to your story, your well-being, and your heart—so you can keep showing up for others from a place of wholeness and rest.
You are worth the care you so generously give.
